The United Insurance Golf tournament which was postponed last weekend will now be played today at the Lusignan Golf Club.
Another large turnout in expected for the first time sponsors United Insurance thorough its local office John Fernandes Insurance Ltd on Carmichael Street.
Expected to be featured on the course are Mohanlall Dinnanauth, Robert Hanoman, Hilbert Shields, Fazil Haniff, Rawle Moore, Andre Cummings, Jerome Khan, Ronald Bulkan, Bhowlaram Deo, Carlos Adams, Dr. John Ram Singh, Patrick Prashad, Esau Shamshudin, Christine Sukhram, Joaan Deo, William Walker, Maurice Solomon, Mike Gayadin, Munaff Arjune, Muntaz Haniff, Chatterpaul Deo, Troy Cadogan, Avinda Kishore, Mike Mangal, Colin Ming, Brian Hackett and Mark Lashley.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three players with the best net scores. There will also be prizes for Nearest to the Pin and Best gross. Gail Robinson, of John Fernandes Insurance and United Insurance has accepted an invitation to present the prizes to the top players.
Lusignan Golf Club President Brian Hackett said it was an honour to welcome on board one of the leading insurance companies in the Caribbean. He said the Club looks forward to a long a fruitful partnership with Caribbean Insurance. Tee off is at 12:30 hours.
