Police have seized ten kilograms of cocaine following a high-speed chase yesterday at Skeldon, Corentyne.
According to a release, around 10:30 hours, police ranks stopped motor car PMM 9535 at Moleson Creek, Corentyne. However, the driver, who was the only occupant, managed to drive away from the ranks.
The police pursued the vehicle which eventually crashed at Line Path, Skeldon, and the driver escaped.
The car was taken to the Springlands Police Station where a search unearthed the cocaine concealed in various parts of the vehicle.
Two men and two women were arrested by the police in the ensuing investigations.
