The Man of the Match trophy for the final of the Guyana Masters Cup 20/20 Softball Cricket competition was named after the late Bedi Ramjewan.
He was a dedicated member of the Guyana Floodlight Softball Cricket Association (GFSCA) and toured with them twice to participate in the Florida Cup. He died on April 27, 2011, at just 40 years old.
In photo, his widow, Nalini Ramjewan, presents the trophy to Marlo Malone of Savage X1 on Oct. 30 at Everest, in the just concluded GFSCA first international softball tournament.
