St. Bartholomew, the oldest Anglican Church in Region Two, has celebrated another milestone. The 166-year-old church which is situated in Queenstown, Essequibo, was constructed by the descendants of slaves in the mid 1845.
Recently, the church held a re- dedication service to mark its grand anniversary.
The week began with a well attended church service on Sunday, last, and activities continued at the end of the week.
Some of the activities that involved members of the church were debates, talks about the family, bible studies, cookout and games.
