Senior ranks of ‘G’ Division were on hand at the tarmac of the Richard Fikal Training School at Suddie, recently, to conduct the customary march pass, which signaled the official opening of the October sessions of the Essequibo High Court.
Justice James Bovell-Drakes took the salute.
The parade was led by Deputy Commander of ‘G’ Division, Adrian Simon. Newly appointed commander, Steven Mansell, stood alongside the judge during the march past. Of the 15 cases listed for the session, seven are for murders, four are manslaughter, two rapes, one indecent assault and one buggery.
