Dear Editor,
Please permit space to pen an open letter to Mr Yog Mahadeo. My phone which provides DSL service has been down since 13th October. Today is 8th October and DSL service has not been restored despite three visits to the relevant sections. All I keep hearing is that “we are working on it”
This is very poor service and due to lack of competition consumers have to accept it. Do not me tell me how annoying it is to listen to the E-magine song when trying for the hundredth time to try and get the GT&T technicians to troubleshoot the DSL service.
All I’m thinking when I’m listening is “Imagine if GT&T had some competition.”.
