National Weightlifting C/ships set for Sunday

has set its National Senior Championships for Sunday at the National Gymnasium where the best lifters are expected from across Guyana to vie for supremacy from 12pm.
A press release from the GAWA said that admission to the event is free and enthusiasts are asked to support the National Weightlifting Championships. The event is usually the main platform that is used to nominate and select national weightlifting teams.
