Dear Editor,
Pleas allow me a space within your column to enlighten the public of the gross disrespect and neglect facing the residents of Westminster.
The housing scheme which was once used as rice field or pasture for animals has now been issued to persons for housing development in the area. This said area continued to attract animals.
Recently there have been a number of citizens complaining of being attacked by cows and horses in the area. There were two women being attacked by about four cows one of them had to seek medical attention. In another case, a man sought refuge in a nearby canal.
There are no street lights and these cows and horses are often seen roaming the streets and nearby unoccupied land and as person pass they launch their attack.
Are the owners and authority waiting for the residence to retaliate before they look into this situation?
Mr. Editor we should pray that these cows are not in people’s pot or buried somewhere.
Concerned citizen
