De NIS building set de stage. De price jump from one level to a high one. Now dem boys seh that everything gone up because everybody using de NIOS as de base fuh whatever dem have to do.
De fuss thing is that de Amaila Project now jump to US$835 million. Is nuff figures dem people was playing wid. De Big Man in April put de price at US$450. That did include de running of de wires and everything.
Then de Sithe Global people announce that de project gun cost US$700 million. People get confuse. De Big man then come back and tell people that de project gun cost US$600 million.
Well dem boys seh that this is one project that de people building but nobody don’t know de cost. That is de fuss time people just go about building something and don’t know wha dem building and fuh how much.
It mean that money deh like sand. That is why dem people wait till de whole electricity system collapse before dem spent money to put in a new one.
Same thing in agriculture and sea defence. De checkers gun see a small crack and when dem report a big one gun tell dem to leave it. When that crack get big like a koker out come de treasury wid nuff money fuh de project and somebody collecting a paycheck.
Now de hydro look like if is a big paycheck fuh somebody. Was one price but somebody decide that dem got to drawn down. That is how dem adjust de price fuh de project.
Well right here people seeing a big paycheck fuh somebody. Is a lifetime paycheck. And dem boys worried because dem grandchildren and dem great-grandchildren gun pay through dem nose.
Talk half. Lef half.
