The National Cycling Coach, Hassan Mohamed Ms has organized an Eleven Race Cycle Programme on Saturday September 24 around the National Park Circuit from 09:00hrs. The programme is sponsored by UNITECH AWNING in memory of former cyclists, Noel Persaud aka Pokan who died on January 20, 1980.
The eleven races set for the Cycle Programme are as follows: 12-14 years Boys & Girls 3 Laps, Veterans U-50,O-50 and 60 five laps, Juveniles 10 laps, Uprights Cyclists 5 laps, the BMX Boys Open, 12-14 and 9-12 years three laps, BMX Boys 6-9 years two laps and the School Boys & Invitation 35 laps.
The distribution of prizes to the winning participants will be presented by the deceased cyclist son, Mr. Ray Persaud.
