Dear Editor,
For over two months someone has been riding a black motor cycle through the streets of Kitty much to the annoyance of residents. This motorcycle is very noisy since it has no silencers. Often when it passes car alarms are set off and pedestrians jump onto the parapets out of fear. The alarming thing is that this motorcycle has no numbers which means that it is not registered.
Yet the police in Kitty are not acting on the reports that are made against this nuisance; in fact the rider always claims that his favours for the Police always prevent any action against him. Old people, the sick and babies are hoping for some relief soon.
