Spine chilling Gravity defying events promised
Dubbed the ‘Biggest Family Event’ in Guyana, the 6th BIKERS FEST Show is set for the National Park Tarmac today and fans are in for an entertaining, thrilling and unforgettable evening.
Being held under the theme ‘Magic in the Sky’, BIKERS FEST 2011 the promoters have promised that this time around there will be no BMX, Roller Blades or Skates as those are now things of the past and its all out pure Free Style Motor Cross- FMX Magic in the Sky.
This includes a combination of Dirt and Street Bikes made for extreme stunts, mind boggling flips, twists and tricks and of course spills.
“This is the 6th Year for Bikers Fest in Guyana and the excitement and stunts have been compressed into a massive event at the National Park” the promoters assure fans.
The event will feature riders from three teams including Ruthless Tactics Stunt Team from New Jersey…who specialize in drifting which is a new style in the stunt world, The FMX EAST Stunt Team Riders from Atlanta, Which feature Clint Esposito, Dan Weeks, Robert Dotson & Tim Dyson; ramp riders aka gravity deifiers.
The other team is the Geared UP lot which features Joseau and Jacob straight from the Sunshine State Florida and they have mastered the street bikes aka CBR. These professional extreme riders will be awesome to witness and given the intensity of the stunts, the ramps that drive these riders airborne are specially made steel ramps that have been constructed by INFAB.
Also a major part of Bikers Fest is the local talent that has developed over the years such as the Local BMX Bicycle Boys, Go Cart Displays, Local Stunt Men from Sonic Hunters Motorcycle Club, Your favourite Host Kirk ‘Chow Pow’ Jardine, There will also be the burn out competition and fans of course can take pictures with the bikes and the riders after the show!
Maximum security for your protection and the event is sponsored by GT&T, Ansa McAL under the Smalta and Carib Brands and Pepsi. Gates will open from 17:00hrs with show time fixed for 19:00hrs.
