The Enmore Track and Field Club returned from Trinidad and Tobago last week with a seven-medal haul from the Morvant Jets/Mustangs Games that was held at the Hasley Crawford Stadium in the capital of Port-of-Spain.
The team, which left Guyana on July 25, returned last Friday with five gold medals, one silver and one bronze medal from the competition. Manager and Coach of Enmore, John Martins had updated Kaieteur Sport on the team’s performance.

Under-18 Boys’ 800m while Keon Lynch won the U-18 Boys 100m. Enmore’s other two gold medals were derived from Kadeem Peters (400m U-18) and its Medley Relay team.
Malcolm Walcott got a silver medal in the U-20 Boys 1500m while Keifer Henry finished with a bronze medal in the U-20 Boys 100m. Martins told this newspaper that his team had a creditable outing at Morvant Jets/Mustangs Games.
He thanked Giftland OfficeMax, Metro Office and Computer Supplies, Toolsie Persaud Ltd., Precision Packaging, Mohamed’s Shopping Centre at Enmore, Jerrick’s One-Stop Hardware, Motor Trend Auto Spares and Am Khan and Son’s for making their tour possible.
