The rivers are not as friendly as they should be. There is going to be another boating accident and again an absence of vigilance would be the cause. The boat to be affected would be laden and when it develops a leak, there would be some panic.
Investigations would reveal that the vessel was not properly maintained and had been involved in a minor accident a few months prior.

Another fire looms. Again the homeowners would complain that they could not have been responsible. What many people do not understand is the fact that the remnants of a lighted cigarette can be very dangerous.
The investigators are not going to be looking in this direction but a smoker would discard his cigarette; the breeze is going to take the flaming butt to a piece of clothing under a house. The rest would be disaster.

Fear of an animal is going to lead to a road accident. A child would run from an animal that is roaming the streets and would end up in the path of a vehicle.
The authorities are going to make a fuss but as usual, the animal would have no owner.
