Golden Grove and Daddy’s Enterprise will clash in the final of the GT&T FastBall knock-out football competition at the BV Community Ground today following semifinal wins yesterday at the same venue over Ann’s Grove and BV Triumph United A. Yesterday’s losers will play for third place prior to the final.
Both games were low scoring affairs and the teams will be seeking to further sharpen their skills and understanding of the FastBall game for today’s matches and the consequent round-of-32 which they have all qualified for.
Golden Grove got their winning goals on the stroke of half time from a six second penalty for the throw in violation. Courtney Kellman was the player making the conversion for Golden Grove.
Both teams enjoyed a fair amount of ball possession but they were very indecisive in taking shots to goals, a situation their respective Technical teams will have correct, quickly.
