Exactly, two days after their bodies were discovered, aback of Adventure on Wednesday, July 13, last, Government pathologist, Nehaul Singh, conducted a post mortem examination on Ranveer ‘Randy’ Persaud, his four year old son, Shiva and two year-old daughter,Vivya Persaud.
The Government pathologist Nehaul Singh, found that 25-year-old Ranveer Randy Persaud, died as a result of hanging and his two year-old, daughter, Vivya and four –year-old son, Shiva, died from drowning. .The victims, who will be buried early next week, were all discovered dead, in the Adventure back dam, by family members.
According to a report, the dead man’s father, Poorashpan Persaud, discovered Andy Persaud, on Wednesday morning at around 5:30am, hanging from a mango tree. The report further stated that his two children were later discovered lying face down in a pond, some 200 metres from Randy, in the back dam.
According to close family members, Randy and his wife, Shavanie Anauge, had a heated argument on Tuesday night last.
Poorasphan said that his son told him that he was taking his two children over to their grandfather’s residence. The man added that neither his son nor his grandchildren showed up that night.
Early the following morning, as Poorashpan, ventured into the back dam, he said that he was confronted by a man hanging from a mango tree. The man turned out to be his son.
Moments later, he remembered his two grandchildren. Poorasphan said a frantic search was conducted for them. The two children’s lifeless bodies were retrieved from a pond.
