Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) commenced a holiday training programme for school aged children (10-18 years) on July 11 which will run until July 22nd at the National Park Rugby Field.
Session which runs from 09:00 to 12:00hrs will see students being taught the basics of the sport by three qualified Youth Development Coaches that are currently working with some schools in Georgetown, East Bank and the West Coast of Demerara.
Interested students are asked to wear suitable clothing (t-shirts and short pants; skirts with tights or trunks) and footwear (boots) and also to walk with a bottle of water.
