– residents asked to desist from tampering with water mains
Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) is advising customers from DeWilliam to DeKendren West Coast Demerara of a service disruption at the Meten-Meer-Zorg Well Station due to operational difficulties.
According to GWI, due to these difficulties all customers served by the well station will experience low water pressure.
Teams have been working during the course of the weekend to rectify these difficulties in the swiftest manner possible.
GWI regrets any inconvenience caused and urges all customers to desist from tampering with water mains during the disruption.
