West Indies all-rounder Shemaine Campbelle has been appointed Captain of the Cellink Berbice female cricket team to represent the Ancient County in the upcoming Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) Inter County tournament.
Fellow West Indies player Tremayne Smartt will serve as Campbelle’s deputy. Also included in a strong squad are West Indies players Erva Giddings and Subrina Munroe. BCB Assistant Secretary Carol Nurse will serve again as Manager of the team while Winston Smith is the Coach.
The full team – Shemaine Campbelle (Captain), Tremayne Smartt (Vice Captain), Jacquelin Singh, Tenesha Cort, Melanie Henry, Katana Mentore, Natasha Gangoo, Phaffiana Millington, Nikita Toney, Erva Giddings, Subrina Munroe, Cindy Alexander, Shenella Mc Bean and Trishanie Cort. The standby players are Ceylon Daniels, Steffi Rodney and Tessa Parks.
