The Guyana Cycle Federation will run off the National Road Championship for Seniors, Juniors, Veterans and Females on Sunday, June 26 starting at 07:30hrs.
All categories mentioned will start at Ocean View Hotel and finish at Ocean View. Seniors will go to Abary Bridge, Juniors will go to Halfway Tree Mahaicony. Veterans and Females will turn back at Mahaicony Bridge.
All cyclist will ride through Mahaica Old Road and return through the New Road.
The defending title holders are:
2010 – Champion – Warren McKay (Senior)
2010 – Champion – Christopher Holder (Junior)
2010 – Champion – Cary Benjamin (Veteran)
2010 – Champion – Hazina Barrett (Female)
All cyclists are reminded to bring along their licence and their respective numbers or will not be allowed to participate.
