God does wuk in mysterious ways. De last time dem had de flood, de government spent millions of dollars digging drains and when dem done dem tun round and cuss people fuh blocking up de same drains dem dig.
Dem share out money to people who had water up to dem ankle and to this day dem can’t seh how much in all dem spend.
Well dem boys seh that is a good thing because now de people in Lethem got a wuss situation. Dem got water past dem crotch and nobody ain’t giving dem any money. Nobody ain’t even talking bout digging drain and surely nobody ain’t talking about people throwing stuff in drains and blocking dem up.
And dem boys seh that when dem have blackout people along de coast does complain. De people who giving dem lights seh that dem don’t know how good dem deh. Water knock out de power station in Lethem and fuh a while de people didn’t know when dem woulda get back lights. De moonlight save some of dem.
The army shoulda been in Lethem helping de people. Instead it running behind it own people trying to ketch dem who thiefing and selling ammo. It even got to find dem who now believe that dem is de new gunmen in town.
Henry de Yellow got de same problem. Things suh bad that he tell he officers that dem mustn’t talk to reporters. Only he must talk. That mean that following Bar-Rat. He mek up he mind fuh lie. Is hell when he seh one thing and he officers seh something else.
But dem boys want fuh know wha gun happen when he sick. It mean that nobody ain’t gun talk.
Talk half. Lef half.
