Dear Editor,
It is noted with interest the steadfast road construction ongoing on the East Coast, Demerara, as undertaken by the Government and the question is asked again, why is no interest shown by the relevant authorities to repair the roads in the residential area of Section Q, Turkeyen?
The bad condition is becoming increasingly worse, especially now that the rain has returned. Why are the people in this area being made to suffer, whilst expansive works are ongoing on the neighbourhood embankment roadway?
There must be an answer, isn’t there?
