Tevin Imlach shrugged off the disappointment of his surprise omission from the Georgetown under-15 team to score a classy 57 for DCC yesterday in latest action of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) BrainStreet under-15 cricket competition.
The Fourteen-year-old right-hander stroked seven fours and three sixes in his half-century, but only Khemraj Roopie (10) of the other batsmen reached double figures as DCC were limited to 118-8 off 25 overs in the match which began late due to rain.
Off-spinner Shaquille Mosley grabbed 3-12 and First division Leg-spinner Steven Sankar had 2-16 for Malteenoes who were dismissed for 52 in 23.5 overs as only Sankar (14) passed 10 in a disappointing batting display on the small ground.
Michael Shalim had 2-4 and Carlton Jacques 2-7 for the Queenstown team.
