After receiving no bids on the first occasion for the supply of computer-based training software and online evaluation for the One Laptop Per Family (OLPF) programme, the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) re-tendered the sub-project and yesterday attracted one (1) bid.
On May 10, last, was the first time bids were being accepted, but none were submitted. During yesterday’s opening of tender a bid was submitted by ISV Group Limited, which is based in the United Kingdom.
