A 19-year-old pump attendant was yesterday placed on bail after he made his appearance before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell charged with larceny.
It is alleged that on May 14, Dunung Tang stole $1,917 in gasoline, the property of Guyoil gas station.
The defendant who resides at Lot 58 Fifth Street Alberttown pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to him.
Police Prosecutor Venetta Pindar had no objections to the defendant being granted bail.
Tang was then granted $20,000 bail and his next Court date is set for June 10.
