A body was discovered late yesterday afternoon at Lot 48 Princes and Russell Streets, Georgetown, by the owners of the property when they returned home.
The body was identified by the owners to be that of Tony Moffatt, of Kingston, a handy-man who would usually “fix the guttering” and do other little odd jobs. The deceased who was believed to be close to 50 was found lying shirtless on the premises.
