De kites gun really fly because this time around people cost of living flying high. Dem boys seh that every time prices go up in this country, kites does soar to new heights.
Minibus fares gone up even higher than de kite and is only when people complain that de government realise that de same Guyoil which was suppose to sell cheap gas, selling de gas more dear than some stations.
But true to form, nobody ain’t getting penalized; Guyoil ain’t tekking back de franchise. Is now de officials know wha been happening. De same people who selling fuh Guyoil was de people who was mekking de most profit. Every time Bharrat drop de Excise tax dem decide to tek some of de money that de government woulda collect.
Dem seh that is thief from thief.
Dem boys seh that is learn dem learn from people inside. But is not only dem robbing people. Nuff promoters bring foreign artistes.
Now dem boys want to know if people not working how dem gun go to de show. That is why nuff gunmen prowling since Thursday night. Some tek Lodge, some tek Kingston and some tek Alberttown. Another set tek East Coast and some tek West Coast. One set even attack de Amerindian Hostel in Berbice.
Some paymasters know that people woulda get rob suh dem didn’t pay fuh Easter. Of course de people blue vex but when Tuesday come dem gun smile because nuff of dem friends gun run out of money and Bharrat ain’t sharing cash. He sharing kites.
Beres and Beenie Man and Konshens and all of dem better watch out because de same bandits might tackle dem if dem can’t get from de locals.
