Dear Editor,
I am currently residing in Dominica, before I left, having been reassured of the convenience of GPL’s pre paid meter, and because my teenaged son was to remain alone in my home, I switched.
While I am delighted with the ease of stress the prepaid meter brought, it came with a different type of issue. Sir, for three plus weeks, the key pad has not been working, making it impossible for my son to load the units.
I have contacted the Public Relations Officer several times after GPL was not taking my son seriously. She assured me that the crew will fix the key pad. This is the beginning of the 4th week and my son who is writing CXC is still in the dark.
What more do I have to do? What if somebody breaks into my home and harm my son who will be responsible? I have consulted my lawyer with the view of taking legal action against GPL. Enough is enough!
