Dear Editor,
Please allow me to respond to Harry Gill’s letter dated 2011-04-07, in your letter column. Harry is my friend on face book. He sent me pictures and a political song which he said he wrote. In essence the song was saying all Guyanese must wise up and don’t vote race, vote for a change. The song further expressed how corrupt the PPP government is. I have been following Harry’s letters, and could simply conclude either he is a confused soul or is plainly up to mischief. Harry Gill’s agenda has been clearly exposed to the extent that Guyanese are now ignoring him.
I simply told Harry that I noticed he is sparring with ‘Freddie Mike Tyson’ and I am betting on Freddie. I let him know that even ‘Forbes Larry Homes Burnham’ couldn’t knock him out.
Since Harry saw so much progress in Guyana, I invited him to come home and live. After billions of dollars have been spent on water, I ask Harry to come and drink it. I am sorry Harry took my expression as it is. I wanted him to feel what the ordinary Guyanese are feeling.
I was merely expressing to him that in Guyana some are above the law. I chose to cuss my friend Harry Gill on Face Book as I didn’t want to embarrass him publicly. If this is a reflection of a sick mind, it is better than being a Judas or a Dutch axe.
