Playing in the feature game from 11:45hrs; Group 2 leaders, Santos (3 points), will match skills with the confident Renaissance, who drew with Fruta Conquerors in their opening game on Saturday last at the same venue. Santos took care of Flamingo 3-2 in a close tussle while Fruta Conquerors fought back courageously to earn an equal share of the points with Renaissance, 1-1.
Santos will be seeking to go after 3 more points but Renaissance will also be aiming to win this match-up and take the lead in the group.
Riddim Squad will play their first game when they oppose Flamingo in the 3rd game of the day from 10:30hrs in the other Group 2 game.
Group 1 leader BK International Western Tigers (3 points), who were awarded full points due to the no-show of Houston Stars, will take on Sunburst Camptown (1 point) in the morning’s second game. The Camptown lads too, will want to get their goal scoring tally going following the goalless stalemate against GFC.
Pele, like Riddim Squad will be playing their first game when they open the day’s proceedings against Houston Stars from 08:00hrs.
