Dem boys wake up de other day and dem seh that things look tight because rain start to fall and all de people pun de road look like if dem was looking fuh something to give dem a lift. Dem minibus drivers was charging more money than before and people hardly had money to afford the regular fare much more de higher fare.
Beer gardens realize that money was scarce suh dem talk to de people who mekking beer and suddenly everybody had happy hour wheh things was cheap. But de same cheapness cause a group of dem to stage a robbery.
Dem went after a company pun de East Bank and tek nuff money. De thing was that some of dem couldn’t run wid de money and dem get ketch. Two of dem had money pun dem and dem is de ones who call de name of all who been pun de robbery.
When dem get ketch one of dem claim how he been good and now he got to sleep when people tell he to, and he ain’t got nutten to show.
One man sit down and remember that he read bout de baccoo in de Waterfalls paper and de baccoo did seh that such a thing gun happen.
Now dem boys want to know if de Baccoo suh good how come it can’t find out de number to win de lotto or who wife gun lef dem or who gun get ketch in some funny position.
But something still puzzling dem boys. Wha’ anybody doing wid so much money pun de premises and keeping all in one place? How come de police been so close to de action that people couldn’t even get away?
Dem boys seh that it had to be a trap.
