Relatives of a deaf/mute who had gone missing have reported that he has since been found, thanks to information published in Kaieteur News.
Paul Wilson, of 48 Plantain Walk, Triumph, East Coast Demerara went missing two weeks ago.
After a report was carried in Kaieteur News Sunday, a man who recalled seeing Wilson on the ferry to Suriname, contacted his relatives.
According to his brother, Adrian, the man was promised a construction job in Suriname and decided to take up the opportunity. However, when he got there the promise did not materialise. Wilson works as a mason and carpenter.
After receiving several calls, the deaf/mute has since been reunited with his family in Guyana.
