St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board has advised that the WICB Regional 4 Day Tournament match between Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago, which was slated for the Albion Community Centre Ground, has been moved to the Guyana National Stadium at Providence.
The match will commence tomorrow Friday, March 25 along with two other matches in the 7th and final league round.
Windward Islands will host Leeward Islands at Beausejour Cricket Grounds in St Lucia and Combined Campuses & Colleges will play Barbados at the 3Ws Oval at the Cave Hill campus of the University of the West Indies in Barbados.
The other match of the 7th round – a top of the table clash between Jamaica and points leaders England Lions – will commence a day sooner today Thursday March 24 at Sabina Park in Kingston. The early start is to accommodate a timely return to the UK for the England Lions.
The four regional teams with the most points at the end of the league phase will play in the semifinals (April 1 to 4). The two teams with the most points will host the semifinal matches.
The WICB Regional 4 Day final will be played from April 8 to 11. The winning semi-finalist with the greater number of points will host the semi-final.
