Milerock Football Club of Linden did as they said they would and won the return leg of their Caribbean Football Union Club Champions Cup yesterday at the Andre Kamperveen Stadium in Suriname, beating home side Intermoengatope 2-1. This is after they lost the first leg at the MSC ground in Linden last weekend 1-0 and needed to win to advance. This they did and will now move to the next round. Collie Hercules and Ryan Austin scored for Milerock. Full details in tomorrow’s edition.
