On a lengthy, but relatively uneventful day at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, the proceedings got underway yesterday with four bids being opened for the supply, delivery and installation of household appliances for technical institutes in Regions Three and Five for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Ministry of Education. The bids were:
