Engineer’s estimate for Canal#1 Bridge exceeds contractor’s bid by $31M

The National Procurement and Tender Administration Board yesterday opened bids for the construction of roads, drains, structures and the installation of a Pure Water Distribution Network at Leonora.

The engineer’s estimate this project to cost some $83,816,497 and the bids submitted:
