Is de other night when dem boys pass down Long Road and hear de music that dem suspect something. When dem ask people tell dem how Robeson keeping Christmas party. One of dem boys want to know since when Christmas in January.
Was de La Penitence Market drinks and goods dem use. Was food and drinks whole night.
Dem boys shake dem head and ask if is everything dem people tekking. Dem tekking land and de next thing dem gun tek is people underwear. That is wha dem boys seh.
Dem gyal who glad fuh a raise seh that dem don’t mind because inflation raising and de salary staying low suh dem better get in good wid de big ones.
People getting land, some getting contract that dem don’t execute and some walking round fleecing ordinary people.
