Ghoul invades Vryheid’s Lust tomb

A tomb at the Vryheid’s Lust Cemetery was invaded in the wee hours of Friday morning and the casket was dragged outside, and passersby wondering “even the dead can’t rest in peace.”
Another said that things had to be really bad. “People can’t rob the living so they robbing the dead.”
According to a relative of the deceased, his father-in-law, Rudolph Baldeo, was buried approximately three months ago, and the perpetrator who broke into the tomb might have thought the man must have been buried with lots of valuables.
However, he said that his father-in-law was only buried with a gold plated wristwatch and a gold ring that carried a black stone in the center.
The relative disclosed that the deceased was a contractor who worked for the Ministry of public works and was a very hard working man who was dedicated to his job.
At the scene funeral parlour officials, and one relative who reported that nothing was found to be missing checked the casket. The casket was replaced and the tomb was then sealed once again.
Residents in the area disclosed that because the tomb was tiled and appeared to be the resting place of an affluent person; that might have caused the tomb to be broken into to check for valuables the man might have been buried with. “I does admire that tomb every time I pass.”
“I hear some people say that the man bury with plenty jewelery and things. So people must have broken into it to check and see if was true.” One woman remarked.
