The 33 students who participated in the ISKF Karate examinations at Anna Regina Multilateral School Shotokan Karate Dojo.
Govinda Singh outstanding; 33 excell
Govinda Singh emerged as the most outstanding student at the recently held ISKF Karate examinations which took place at Anna Regina Multilateral School Shotokan Karate Dojo in the Cinderella County of Essequibo and conducted by 8th Dan Master Frank Woon-A-Tai. A total of 33 students were graded and Singh was the only student to skip a grade – from green belt (6 kyu) to purple belt (4 kyu).
Five (5) students attained yellow belt (8kyu); 7 students attained green belt (6 kyu); 10 students attained purple belt(5 kyu); 7 students attained purple belt(4kyu) and 4 students attained brown belt (3kyu). The Anna Regina Karte Club for the first time has produced 4 brown belts since its formation in March 2009.
The brown belts are Sarah Hakh, Violet Bacchus, Gary Westford and Narenda Jaigopaul.
Sensei Amir Khouri is expressing gratitude to all the persons who worked tirelessly to realize the formation and continuity of their Anna Regina Shotokan Karate Dojo.
