Dec 10, 2010 Letters
Dear Editor,
The Honorable Charles R. Ramson, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs wrote a letter to Kaieteur News (12/8/2010) saying that, “Nigel Hughes owes President Jagdeo an apology.”
It should be the other way around. President Jagdeo owes Guyana lots of apologies for the most inept government he led since 1999, which is plagued with massive corruption, hundreds of billions of dollars unaccounted for, square pegs in round holes, denying media advertising, unsolved Sash Sawh and Ronald Waddell murders. To name a few more
I add, narco-economy, death squads, disregard for the judiciary, Guyana trafficking in person and ranking low in transparency, unprecedented debts, ‘Pradoville’ after ‘Pradoville’, poor government officials getting extra wealthy overnight, and lying to the nation. This is just the tip of the iceberg, Minister Ramson.
President Jagdeo has lots of apologizing to do. He should start now since he has created such a humungous list of bad things he may not be able to complete his apologies before he leaves office.
