When de sugar workers ask fuh money de government didn’t understand wha dem complaining about. Dem had dem pay and that was enough. But dem boys seh that when de shoe deh pun de other foot it does pinch hard.
Bharrat go to Mexico and he behave just like dem sugar workers. He tell de World Bank that dem have de money to pay he and dem holding on to it. He tell dem how he do everything and he still ain’t getting pay. That is wha dem sugar workers also seh.
But he do more than row. He demanding de money like if is he own. Dem boys seh that people woulda get some pride and tell demself that if people ain’t want fuh give you dem money you got to tell dem to keep it.
But Bharrat vex. He was planning to use that same money to help Fip build de hydro road. Dem boys seh that de road gun stall fuh sure. Nuff other projects gun stall. And that is wha dem boys frighten because tax gun go up to mek up fuh that same money.
Dem boys seh that when Bharrat announce that he paying out de six per cent is that same money he was banking on. He tell dem, “We do everything and I can’t get de money.” We do de wuk and he was to collect de money.
Talk half. Lef half.
