De rains come and Robert worried. He tek money and spend to mek drying floors fuh dem rice farmers. Nuff million dollars spend to mek some concrete floors pun which dem young boys play cricket and dem rice farmers ignore because de road was just as good.
Well dem boys seh that de rains come and dem waiting fuh see if dem rice farmers gun put out dem paddy pun dem floors that Robert spend millions of dollars that dem same rice farmers woulda prefer if dem did get de money fuh buy couple tractors that woulda fetch de rice under dem bottom house wha dem have to use now because only Robert gun put he rice pun dem concrete floors in de rain.
De same Robert dig nuff drains, at least suh he seh, but de rains come and some of dem same drains block up and de water ain’t going nowhere. Some people now talking that Robert shoulda tek de money that he spend pun drains and buy pumps fuh get rid of de water.
One man notice that at one time even de yard wheh Robert live been under water and he maid had to swim to reach de house.
Robert shadow, liarnel, keeping quiet but he and all help tek de people money fuh do things to mek dem believe that he boss was wukking when some of de same men use that money to buy house, drink rum and even sport women.
Dem boys watching and dem hoping that somebody build a special court that gun listen to de complaints and if necessary jail some of dem. Dem can’t call Henry because he got new friends and all of dem and Robert is friend.
