Dear Editor,
I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company for the prompt response to my questions and the clarifications provided.
The staff was very courteous and clear in her explanations. Indeed, persons having their own modem would not pay an installation cost, but rather, the monthly rental for the DSL service.
Thank you GT&T for restoring my confidence in your service.
