The East Coast Cricket Board’s 40-overs premier league cricket competition sponsored by Rockaway Auto Sales continued over the weekend on the East Coast of Demerara with several matches.

Meanwhile, in the Rockaway Super League 35-overs competition, Rockaway faced Unity at Unity last Sunday and elected to bat first. They were bowled out for 98 off 26 overs with M. Singh and R. Rupchand each making 13.
M. Dookna had 3/24 and C. Sookraj 3/17 for Rockaway who then reached 101/5 in 14 overs. Terrence Rambarran top-scored with 25 and Imran Persaud made 16. D. Singh had figures of 2/32 and J. Wahit 2/22.
In other matches, Mahaica beat Helena No. 1 & 2 by 59 runs, Golden Grove got past Lusignan by 4 wickets, Lusignan Development whipped Mon Repos by 4 runs
