Tulsidai Ramsarran is best NCERD graduate

The National Centre of Education and Resource Development (NCERD) at its annual graduation and prize giving exercise at the Queens College auditorium on Thursday. The Best Graduating Student was Tulsidai Ramsarran while Mohamed Roshan Shakoor and Carol Austin also walked away with special prizes.
The 18-month programme started with 100 students, only 80 of whom graduated.
Minister of Education, Shaik Baksh, who was the guest speaker, congratulated the graduates for the effort they had put forward to reach thus far.
Ms. Donna Chapman, who is the acting Deputy Chief Education Officer distributed the special prizes.
The school that received the prize for having the most graduates was Richard Ishmael Secondary.
The programme was intended to educate the students to better manage their performance in the workforce and in their daily lives.
