Smith’s House declared champs

Smith’s House with a total of 341 points was declared champions when the New Life Ministry School held its Inter House Athletics Championships recently, at the Carifesta Sports Complex.They beat into second place Brown House on 316 points, while Jordan House with 227 points finished third.
Champion Boy was Trevon Johnson of Jordan House, while Leanee Simon from Brown House was adjudged champion girl.
According to a release, the day’s activity was full of a number of exciting events that also saw the nursery students in action doing the frog hop, rolling tyres, matching shapes and throwing the ball.
Outstanding athletes received prizes compliments of donations made by parents.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of the school extended thanks to all the parents who supported the day’s event.
