Baby dies in locked car…
Ms. Mayfield Fraser, the woman in whose care two-year-old Radain Wilson was left when he succumbed in a locked car, has reportedly been arrested. This newspaper was told that Fraser was released from the Fort Wellington Hospital late last evening after doctors there managed to get her blood pressure under control. Up to press time yesterday Mr. Fraser was said to still be on bench-arrest.
On Monday, last, the toddler’s mother had asked Ms. Fraser to drop him off at his school, since his regular mode of transportation was not available. After the child did not show up at school and this was communicated to his mother, a frantic search ended at the Fort Wellington Hospital after the child had been found with blood oozing from his nose, in the back seat of Ms. Fraser’s car.
Radain Wilson was the youngest of four children.
