The criminals are becoming younger by the day and with each day people who walk with large sums of cash are placing themselves at risk. A group of young gunmen are going to target a businessman in the city having followed him from a city bank.
A passerby is going to intervene and the result will be fatal. But even as this is unfolding there would be another case in the city. These are desperate times.

There is no end to the madness on the roads. People are continuing to refuse to heed stop signs and in two cases, the result will be catastrophic.
In one case a child would be a victim. This is going to spark a vigilante-type attack that would stun even the most angry person.

This dry weather is a friend to the farmers but a curse to some homeowners. In one instance a fire is going to reduce a property to rubble.
The source would be carelessness. A tossed lighted item would spark the blaze and with precious little water around the end result would be understood if not appreciated.
