Rawle Barrow won 16 games, with support from Von Venture, who amassed 15 games, and Tricia Leander and Alison Peterson (14 games apiece) to register 78 games and spearhead the Guyana Fire Service to victory when the Ministry of Home Affairs staged a 4 rounds domino competition at the Police Sports Club Eve Leary on Wednesday October 13 last.
The Guyana Prison Service finished second after winning 69 games while the Guyana Police Force ended in the cellar with 61 games. Winston Hinds scored 17 games for the Guyana Police Force and was eventually adjudged the Most Valuable Player of the tournament. The championship was sponsored by Payless, Get More, Shopping Centre, Regent Street, Georgetown.
