The jurors were ordered to submit their names, telephone numbers and place of employment to the police outpost at the High Court. They were further ordered to make themselves available to the police for statements and any other questioning to inform the investigation.
The father said that he told the court that both of the accused are in possession of their respective passports and that they may flee the jurisdiction. “The mother claim that she ain’t got passport, but she son passport was seized.”
Adding that after the accused were released, the mother Renee Persaud carried her son backtrack to protect him from prosecution. Seepersaud said that the third session is going to be called soon and the accused persons are left to roam freely while his son endure severe discomfort and pain on a daily basis.

They had to cut off flesh from he two leg to graph onto his torso.”
Navin Seepersaud was hospitalised for 27 days in the Burn Care Unit of the Georgetown Public Hospital. Subsequently Seepersaud had to travel to Cuba for treatment.
